Welcome to The Auto Library.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Auto Library website, user accounts, archive records, forums, submission tools, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”

  • other third-party services

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, or content.

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • maintenance
  • technical problems
  • security concerns
  • hosting or third-party service failures
  • updates or changes
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without guaranteeing that particular content or features will remain available permanently.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties relating to:

  • accuracy
  • completeness
  • reliability
  • availability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement
  • security

We do not warrant that every archive record, document, link, user contribution, or third-party source is accurate, safe, available, or suitable for your intended use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

This provision must be reviewed and adjusted by qualified legal counsel before publication.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, our practices, or applicable requirements change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. When legally required or when changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the website, account dashboard, or email. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies clearly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and The Auto Library regarding use of the Service.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Service.
